This is a 4 lesson work booklet with accompanying power points. The SOW in intended as a unit for Year 7 pupils which looks at different genres of TV and film including adverts and musicals. At the end of the unit there is a soap opera performance assessment. The booklet includes level descriptors written in pupil friendly language, Key words, classroom expectations and key word definitions. Each lesson introduces new skills and includes a performance task with a self or peer evaluation
